·We’re above all flexible. Unlike other landscapers and garden design practices we don’t have pre prescribed designs or solutions or strict processes that need to be adhered to. So no templates, standard formats or off-the-shelf modular designs here! We tailor the service and design in line with your wishes.
·We keep you informed every step of the way, right from the initial meeting through to completion of your new garden. For example during construction of your new garden we will contact you either by e mail, letter or phone every 48 hours, advising you of progress and what’s going to happen next.
·Every customer is valuable to us whether we are designing rolling acres or a small courtyard for you, your business matters to us. We will treat you with respect and courtesy at all times never forgetting that you are the customer.
